INGREDIENTS:
Plain yogurt - 11/2 cups
Mango - 2 medium sized peeled and pulped or
canned mango purée - 1 1/2 cups
Milk - 1/2 cup
Sugar if needed
METHOD:
- In a blender, combine yoghurt, mango purée , milk, sugar and 1 cup ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth, pour into 4 tall glasses.
- Serve chilled.
Makes 4 servings.
